consideration matters

If he would have taken the time to scare him away, I wouldn't be so worked up.
If the time it took him to talk on his Bluetooth headset was put to saving the poor soul
Then I wouldn't wish him to be smited
If people would take into consideration of others my eyes wouldn't be so puffy.
I wouldn't have one more reason to feel the guilt of all my mistakes.

Ripped a new hole that I thought was healed by something so small.
Something so beautiful and silly.
Who tried to hide in the green grass
Failed only because of the purity of his fur
Who would rest on my chest and purr
Make me laugh while I drew because my pencil was his toy.
Give me small taps that felt like a pillow telling me to stop being so strange.
Jump as if he flew
So graceful and white he looked like a feather in the wind of morning day.
The cutie who kissed my tears of happiness or sadness away just to be sure.
Try his hardest to take the cross above my bed off the wall because it was shiny.
 
 If the man with a Bluetooth headset took into consideration of our animals, Steven would still be here.
Still making me laugh
Still flying with his white like cape.
Still unable to hide his pure self from me in the tall grass.
If anything was taken into consideration anymore I wouldn't have been so heart broken.
So now I take my soul sewing kit.
Sit down with all my memory of Steven.
Make them to thread and start to seal the pit again.
And take better care of his siblings like I promised my now ghostly friend.
